I have been ordering from this Papa John's for many years. I have been using their app and it always works perfectly. My orders are always correct and my food is always delivered on time. I have never had any issues with them. The staff is very nice when you call them over the phone. I also like the Papa Rewards and I love it when I get my free pizza. Forgot to mention I have huge family. I am Italian, never to conpare to a REAL pizza, however, from all those commercial prepacked junk food places where you can find something similar this pizza is really on top.

Today, Saturday, May 16, we ordered a thincrust pizza and my daughters did not even want to eat the one of the poor quality that it had and to top it off I paid 18 dollars for that pizza.

How the check you put sweet tomato sauce on a pizza pie?..The main ingrideant of pizza is the sauce..I can assure papa I will not return and I will let the other people have my share..I thank you for the bad experience but life is trial and error.Bye big papa.

I called at 11:55pm almost close to closing at 12pm. I was cutting it close but when i got through i was told they closed at 11:30pm. Website still shows 12pm, not professional from a business standpoint that your hours do not match what i was told when i called on 6/13, 6/14. Due to the fact i work a night shift and you deliver, this was perfect and not the first time i ordered drom you guys.

This location is always on time. Easy pickup because they are at the end of the strip mall that leads out to a large corner lot. Delivery is usually on time as well.

it has been a while since i have been to papa johni ordered a medium pizza with pepperoniit was asmall pizza, liitle cheese, alot of tomato sauce,for $15.very disappointing and expensive

This is one of the worst experiences I've had with papa Johns, their delivery time is always hour and a half to 3 hours. Their pick up time is always 30 minutes to an HOUR! Worst papa johns location.
